Resistance Tax is a tax that is placed on the players income that happens every 6 hrs. Any officer can set it via the "Resistance" screen. The percentage is taken out of the total income first and paid into the Resistance Funds; whatever remains is then divided between the players who are online at that moment.
Tip: If you want to control income entirely on your server, you can set a 100% tax and distribute funds/gear manually
